Reduce administration
Give approved users access to the products and templates they need without sending every request through a central marketing or procurement team.
BMP gives branches, departments, franchisees, agents and approved users a governed way to personalise, approve and order branded print — while your organisation retains control of artwork, approvals, expenditure and reporting.
Brand-locked templates · Flexible approvals · Centralised reporting · Nationwide production
No licensing or subscription fees. You pay for the printed products and associated services your organisation uses.

BMP connects brand governance, personalised artwork, approvals, ordering and reporting in one intuitive experience — configured around how your organisation actually works.
BMP is actively configured and maintained around your organisation. The BMP team manages the catalogue, product specifications, controlled templates, pricing structures, permissions and protected brand assets, reducing the administrative burden on your internal teams.
Clients do not need to administer the technical product catalogue themselves. Product and template changes are managed through the BMP team to protect pricing integrity, brand compliance and production predictability.
BMP is not a free-form design tool. It deliberately restricts layout editing so that approved brand and production rules cannot be overridden.
Brand, catalogue and template changes are centrally managed by BMP. Standard changes are normally completed within one to two working days, while urgent or more extensive requirements are handled according to the agreed service arrangement.
Standard template and brand updates are provided without an additional platform-change charge. Larger custom-development requirements may be separately scoped.Configure the ordering experience, governance and reporting around your operating model.
