Tailored Order Process

We can accept orders in a variety of ways:

  • Users can simply login and place an order.
  • Batch orders can be done by a spreadsheet upload.
  • BMP can be linked to a live Google sheet.
  • An integration with your database/website/application can be made.

Accounting

BMP has been developed to accomodate flexibility for accounting/approval:

  • Standard Financial approval.
  • Multi-routed financial approval (a manager, and then a director, for example).
  • Direct ordering on account (subject to approval of a credit application).
  • Online Payment Gateway.

Reporting

Various kinds of reports can be supplied by BMP:

  • Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly order reports.
  • That can be broken down, per region, per department, or per user.
  • Product success reporting can also be done.

User Management

Users and their data can be controlled, completely by you. This can include:

  • User roles (Brand Manangers, Department Owners, Financial Approvers, etc..).
  • User data (names, emails phone numbers, etc...).
  • User departments (which franchise, or organizational structure they fall under).
